Awning windows
An awning window is a window that is hinged at the top and opens outward from the bottom. It is designed to provide ventilation while offering protection from rain and direct sunlight.
Casement windows
A casement window is hinged on one side and swings outward to the left or right. It easily opens and closes with a crank that folds away when not in use. It is different from a sliding window, in that it is attached to the window frame and swings open.
Single slider Lift Out windows
Single slider windows has one sash that is fixed, while the other sash opens and closes by sliding from side to side. Since single slider windows do not open outward, they are ideal for rooms near shrubs, trees, walkways, and patios. Operatable sash is on rollers and slides on a track for a very smooth operation. Sash also lifts out for easy cleaning and servicing
Single hung windows
A single-hung window is a type of window with a lower, operable sash and an upper, fixed sash. This means that the bottom part of the window slides up and down, while the top part remains stationary. Single-hung windows provide ventilation through the bottom sash.
Double hung windows
A double-hung window, also commonly referred to as a double-sash window, is a type of window that has two operable sashes that slide up and down. There are two main operable parts of a double-hung window — the top sash and the bottom sash. They are both able to open to provide ventilation.
Lift out Double slider windows
Like a single slider, a double slider window has two window panes connected to a frame. However, both panes can slide towards the other end of the frame. Sashes are on rollers and slide on a roller track for a very smooth operation. Also both sashes lift out for easy cleaning and service.
Fixed Casement Windows
A fixed casement window is a non-operable unit sealed tightly into its frame. Often used for big fixed windows due to its course and heavy profile. Also used in combination windows with casement and awning as the profile looks identical from the outside.

Picture windows, also known as fixed windows, are fixed-pane windows that are stationary or do not open.
Hung/ Slider picture window
Dedicated picture window built as the fixed center, top, side or bottom of a combination. pair it with operable hung windows or sliders to get light view and ventilation exactly how you want it. Perfect for living rooms, kitchens and any wall suitable for a big window for a nice view
Trapezoid's and Shapes
Trapezoid windows are geometric, custom-built windows featuring one pair of parallel sides and an angled top. Frequently used in cathedral ceilings, gable fronts, and lofts, they offer excellent natural light and architectural character. Window combos
An integration of sliding, casement, and fixed windows; combination windows can be designed as per your need and size requirement. The advantage with combination windows is that your chosen styles can be combined together and built into one robust and attractive frame.
Bay Windows
The bay window is a protruding window structure that extends from the wall of a building. The purpose is to increase the surface area of the wall, and therefore the amount of natural lighting that can enter the interior. Many people also like them because they make the interior room look more spacious as well.

Colored windows
Colored windows is also an option that we provide to our costumers. We have a lot of colors to choose from and we will also do color matching. Bring in your color and we will paint match your windows. All our vinyl is white and colored windows get painted by our professional painter.
Glass units Options, Including Grills and SDL's
All our window come with double pane glass units. 2 pcs 3mm thick glass with a spacer in between making the overall thickness 22mm. Either low-E glass units or standard glass units or frosted glass units. All our units have argon gas. Argon gas does not conduct heat as well as air, so it's an excellent insulator. Gas filled windows also prevent a buildup of frost at the bottom of the window during cold weather.
Low-e Glass Units
Low-E glass units are insulated windows with a microscopically thin, transparent coating that reflects infrared (heat) and UV light, allowing visible light in while keeping heat inside during winter and outside during summer, significantly boosting energy efficiency, reducing heating/cooling costs (by 30-40%), minimizing fabric fading, and preventing condensation.
Frosted Glass Units
A frosted glass unit is a pane or series of panes of glass that has been treated to be translucent (light-transmitting) but opaque (vision-obscuring). This effect is achieved through industrial processes like sandblasting or acid-etching one surface, creating a pitted texture that scatters light and blurs images seen through it.
Key characteristics:
- Privacy It provides privacy by obscuring a clear view, making it ideal for bathrooms, entryways, or office partitions.
- Natural Light It allows natural light to pass through and diffuse into a space, reducing the need for artificial lighting and minimizing glare.
- Aesthetics It offers a clean, modern, and low-maintenance alternative to blinds or curtains.
- Durability When manufactured as a permanent treatment, it is highly durable and easy to clean, unlike temporary films or sprays.
Tinted glass
Clear glass allows up to 90% of natural light to enter your home, while tinted glass can reduce the amount of light transmission to as low as 10%. This provides a range of options to choose from based on your preferences, the orientation of your home, and the level of privacy desired
Triple Pane Glass Units
Triple-pane glass consists of three layers of glass separated by two insulating gaps filled with inert gases like Argon or Krypton. It provides maximum thermal efficiency and superior noise reduction, making it an excellent upgrade for harsh Ontario winters.
Glass Grills or Grids
Grills sealed inside the insulated glass unit (often called internal grills or between-the-glass grids) are slim metal or composite bars placed between the panes of sealed glass. They offer the classic architectural look of divided windows without compromising energy efficiency or complicating exterior cleaning.
Why Choose Grills in Glass Units?
Zero Maintenance: Because the grill bars are safely housed inside the sealed unit, they never accumulate dust or grease and do not require cleaning.
- Energy Efficiency: They do not break the continuity of the glass, maintaining better thermal performance than older "True Divided Lite" windows where each pane is separated by physical frames.
- Customization: They are highly customizable. You can choose the profile thickness, spacing patterns (like Colonial or Prairie grids), and finishes to match your home's aesthetic.
Simulated Divided Lites (SDL)
SDL vs. True Divided Lite (TDL)
The main difference is the glass construction. True Divided Lite (TDL) uses many small, individual pieces of glass that are physically separated by grid bars. While favored for historical preservation, TDLs are far less energy-efficient and more expensive. SDLs give you the identical historical curb appeal but with modern thermal performance.
SDL's are a window and door design that recreates the look of classic, multi-pane glass while maintaining the energy efficiency of a single, solid insulated pane. They feature applied decorative bars on the inside and outside of the glass.
How SDLs Work
Instead of constructing a window out of dozens of tiny, individual glass panes, manufacturers use one continuous sheet of insulating glass. To achieve the classic multi-pane look (often referred to as "grids" or "muntins"), they apply decorative bars to both the exterior and interior surfaces of the glass.
- Energy Efficiency: Traditional multi-pane windows have multiple joints that leak heat. SDLs preserve thermal integrity by using a single, sealed pane of glass, eliminating thermal bridging.
- Authentic Appearance: SDLs offer a raised, three-dimensional look rather than a flat appearance. To make them look even more realistic, a "spacer bar" can be installed between the layers of glass so it accurately mimics the look of separate individual panes.
- Lower Maintenance & Cost: Because it is structurally one piece of glass, it is significantly cheaper to produce, install, and clean than traditional windows.
- Customization: SDL bars are available in multiple materials like wood, vinyl, and high-performance composites, and can be painted or stained to perfectly match a home’s trim.
